The successful development of this steel grade broke the monopoly of foreign steel mills.
Stainless steel for mobile phone LOGO is one of the steel types produced in small batches, and the profit per ton of steel is much higher than that of ordinary stainless steel. Because of its strict requirements on the surface quality of the product and the difficulty of production, the LOGO of domestic well-known mobile phones is generally processed by imported stainless steel.
The mobile phone LOGO produced by the new technology is made of stainless steel. The customer succeeded in the first trial processing, and the qualified rate reached the level of imported products. As of September this year, more than 600 tons of stainless steel for mobile phone LOGO have been supplied, with a first-class product rate of 100%.
It is reported that the successfully developed 304 stainless steel for mobile phone LOGO has greatly stimulated the confidence of technical personnel in independent innovation, and will continue to develop low-magnetic steel, precision rolled materials and other high value-added products in the future.
