What Is 309 Stainless Steel Plate?
309H, 309S, and 309 stainless steel plates are chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel grades, which are often used in high-temperature environments. Due to their high chromium and nickel content, these grades of stainless steel plates have a high degree of corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, and excellent heat resistance.
