Our company purchases raw materials from large steel mills such as TISCO, Baosteel, JISCO, etc. If the customer needs raw materials from a specific steel mill, we can also meet that and provide a steel mill warranty.
After heating the stainless steel plate or billet to a certain temperature, it is rolled by a hot rolling mill. This process requires the use of large machinery and equipment to gradually heat the billet to the appropriate temperature and then roll it on a hot rolling mill to make it into a coil of specified thickness.
After hot rolling, coils usually require finishing to eliminate surface irregularities and internal stresses. Finishing is usually carried out by cold rolling, annealing, etc.
Pickling is a surface treatment method that can remove scale and rust on the surface of stainless steel to improve surface quality.
Cutting and Packaging:
