Quality objection cases caused by external processing disputes

With the development of the stainless steel industry, stainless steel processing has become an inseparable part of the customer service of many trading companies; however, the launch of stainless steel processing lines requires a huge investment, which is indeed difficult for many traders.

Therefore, many traders need to outsource the processing business and find a special processing center for processing. However, after all, I did not do it myself, and it is inevitable that some accidents may occur. Although it is a small probability event, it can always become the source of controversy.

There was such a case not long ago.

A customer bought a roll and entrusted a processing center to open it, and the wooden frame customer prepared it himself. During the lifting process of Kaiping, the wooden frame broke and the flat plates were scattered on the ground, causing a lot of scratches and creases. The flat plates were scrapped and there is no possibility of reuse.

The customer thinks that there is a problem with the lifting method of the machining center, and the machining center thinks that the customer’s wooden frame is not reliable.
This led to objections, the focus was on who should be responsible for this batch of scrapped tablets.

The customer entrusts a processing center to open a batch of flat panels, and the wooden frame is provided by the customer. After the machining center opened the flat plate and then lifted it, the wooden frame broke, and the flat plate fell on the ground, causing a lot of scratches and creases, and it was basically scrapped. The customer believes that there is a problem with the lifting method of the processing center, and the processing center believes that the customer’s wooden frame is not strong, and the focus of the objection is who should be responsible.

The size of this batch of flat panels processed by the customer is 1500mm*0.4mm. On average, a wooden frame is equipped with 2.5 tons of panels. The machining center uses the lifting method of hanging racks on both sides. Because of the tendency of sinking in the middle of the wide sheet, Resulting in excessive force in the middle and fracture.

The customer believes that the machining center should be supported by two iron bars under the wooden frame during lifting, and the machining center believes that the wooden frame is not firm as the root cause, and the two parties cannot reach a consensus on handling due to differences in the cause of the accident.

Publicly speaking, the mother-in-law is reasonable, and the two sides cannot reach an agreement, and manpower and material resources are wasted.

Regarding such an objection, both parties are unwilling to see it. Instead of wasting time on prevarication, it is better to sit down and negotiate a solution. Both parties step back to achieve a solution.

In fact, in this dispute, how to deal with the objections caused by these accidents is not based on standards, but on a way of dealing with things.
