Hegang Shigang concentrated its advantageous resources and carefully planned the processes of molten steel smelting, continuous casting, heating, and rolling. In order to ensure the successful rolling of this batch of products for the first time, the rolling mill conducted a full feasibility analysis on the 1350 billet rolling mill to roll 400mm bars in the early stage of production, and quickly completed the rolling pass, roll matching, and rolling procedures. and other process design.

At the same time, the R&D, technical, and equipment personnel worked out the production plan in coordination and conducted thorough training for the employees in the production link one by one, extensively solicited operational opinions, and optimized and refined the production plan. During the production process, they overcame technical bottlenecks such as material torsion and bending during the rolling of super-large bars, helping the product to be successfully rolled off the production line.
