According to the affirmative preliminary ruling of the US Department of Commerce, the US will impose anti-dumping duties on standard seamless pipes, line pipes and pressure pipes of carbon steel and alloy steel originating in South Korea, Russia and Ukraine.
South Korea’s anti-dumping duty rate is 4.52%, Russia’s 209.72%, and Ukraine’s 41.23%.
The US Department of Commerce will announce the final dumping margin within 6 months. The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) has been notified to initiate a damage investigation.
