Jiangsu Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. It is located in the southern area of Tongzhou Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The project was officially launched in September 2010. The preliminary work includes project signing, company registration, land acquisition (demolition), feasibility report, project approval, environmental assessment, energy evaluation, power design approval, establishment of preparatory office, office space construction, etc. On November 4, 2010, Jiangsu Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established with a registered capital of 21.99 million yuan and an area of 546 acres.

Basically completed in January 2011, civil construction started in March, steel structure construction at the end of June, installation of some equipment at the end of August, linkage test runs in June 2012, and formal production in July, mainly producing 200, 300, and 400 series precision stainless steel plates, The width is mainly 1250mm (subject to customer demand), and the thickness is 0.2mm-1.5mm. The project is divided into two phases, the basic situation of the first phase of the project:

The first phase of the project is divided into two parts, with a total construction area of 130,000 square meters and an investment of 1.6 billion yuan. It will be completed by the end of 2013. After reaching the production capacity, it will process 300,000 tons of precision stainless steel plates. The annual sales will exceed 6 billion yuan. 550 million yuan.
Basic situation of the second phase of the project:

The second phase of the project has a total investment of 1.4 billion yuan and a construction area of 150,000 square meters, which will be completed by 2014. After the second phase of the project is completed, 600,000 tons of precision stainless steel plates will be processed annually, with sales exceeding 12 billion yuan and annual profits and taxes exceeding 1.2 billion yuan.

After the project is put into operation, the main equipment includes a 1350mm 20-high rolling mill, a 1350mm muffle-free vertical bright annealing furnace, a 1350mm two-roll leveling unit, 1350mm raw material slitting unit, finished product slitting unit, cleaning unit, high-precision roll grinder, etc.
