Cold rolled steel
Cold rolling uses hot-rolled coils as raw materials and is rolled at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature. Cold-rolled steel plate is a steel plate produced through a cold rolling process, or cold plate for short. The thickness of the cold rolled sheet is generally 0.1-8.0 mm, and most of the cold-rolled steel sheets produced by the factory have a thickness of 4.5 mm or less. The thickness and width of the cold-rolled sheet are determined according to the plant’s equipment capacity and market demand.
Cold rolling is a steel sheet that is further thinned to a desired thickness below the recrystallization temperature under room temperature conditions. Compared with hot-rolled steel, the thickness of cold-rolled steel is more accurate, and the surface is smooth and beautiful.
Its strength is high, but its toughness and weldability are poor. It is hard and brittle, and its surface is bright.
stainless steel
Stainless steel refers to steels resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam, and water, and chemically etched media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and also called stainless acid-resistant steels. In practical applications, steels that are resistant to weak corrosive media are often referred to as stainless steels, and steels that are resistant to chemical corrosion are known as acid-resistant steels. Because of the difference in chemical composition between the two, the former is not necessarily resistant to chemical media corrosion, while the latter is generally non-rust. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel depends on the alloying elements contained in the steel.
It has a beautiful surface, a wide range of possibilities for use, and good corrosion resistance. In addition, it is longer than normal steel, durable, corrosion resistance, high strength, so the possibility of using a large plate is high resistance to high temperature oxidation and high strength, as well as it can resist fire at room temperature processing, that is easy to plastic processing because no surface treatment. Therefore, it is easy to maintain and clean, and has a high degree of finish and good welding performance.
