7. Heat treatment

Melting point: 1400~14200C;

Solution treatment: 1010~11500C, rapid cold.

8. Use status

1) Annealing and solid solution state:

NO. 1, 2D, 2B, and various other surface treatment states;

2) Rolled hard state:

1/4H, 2/4H, 3/4H, H, this is the most important use state of 301L.

9. Precautions for use

Magnetism will appear after cold processing;

301L steel grades are divided into many modified steel grades due to different internal compositions; different modified 301L steel grades are selected according to the different hardness requirements of customers.
