The ISOIEC17025 system is an important part of the cold rolling company’s many certification systems, and it is also an important management method for the cold rolling inspection and testing center. The central laboratory has passed ISOIEC17025 system certification and obtained CNAS accreditation, which indicates that the laboratory has established a quality management system that meets international standards and has the technical ability to provide accurate test reports.
From January 15 to 17 this year, the Inspection and Testing Center of Cold Rolling Company accepted the supervision and evaluation of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. In order to successfully complete this review work, the inspection laboratory has begun preliminary preparations for this work from October 2020, and has conducted a comprehensive verification of 28 procedures, 36 work instructions and related supporting documents in the laboratory. In December 2020, a new crown epidemic broke out in Shunyi, Beijing, which brought new uncertainties to the laboratory reassessment work. After the laboratory staff communicated with the assessors and accreditation committees, the original planned on-site assessment was finally changed to remote assessment.
In order to ensure the passing of this review, so that the reviewers can fully and accurately evaluate the laboratory’s testing capabilities, the laboratory has prepared a large number of scanned documents and recorded every detail of the on-site experiment process for the reviewers’ technical review. At the same time, in order to fully cooperate with the reviewers to complete the remote review work, the laboratory personnel communicate with the reviewers in an all-round way, list the required documents one by one, and do a detailed division of labor to ensure the successful completion of document scanning and on-site video recording.
