In July 16, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a proclamation to make an affirmative final judgment on the anti dumping and countervailing retrial industry that originate or import from China's steel pile pipes. If the current dual counter measures were cancelled, the import of the products involved would cause substantial damage to the domestic industry in Canada. We will continue to maintain the current double counter measures. The industrial injury investigation period is January 1, 2014 ~2017 September 30th.
In May 4, 2012, Canada launched an investigation into anti-dumping and countervailing duties on steel pile pipes originating or imported from China. In November 30, 2012, Canada began to levy anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Chinese steel pile pipes. In August 28, 2017, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal launched its first anti-dumping investigation and countervailing review. In January 25, 2018, the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) made an affirmative final decision on anti-dumping, countervailing and reexamination of products involved in China. The Canadian Customs codes for the products involved are 7306.30.00.14, 7306.30.00.19, 7306.30.00.24, 7306.30.00.29, 7306.30.00.34 and 7306.30.00.39.
